I mean, have you seen how much stuff is going on on these websites nowadays? Like, there's so many different sections, it can be overwhelming ! I was trying to look at this webpage the other day, and I just got lost in all the different elements. There's like, news articles, social media buttons, a live ticker... it's like, okay, how do I even know what I'm looking for? But I guess that's just part of why these websites are so popular, right? People like to have access to everything at their fingertips
It's like they're trying to cram too much onto one page . I mean, who needs a live ticker at the bottom of an already info-packed article section? It's just overwhelming. They should really consider simplifying it or using a better layout
OMG u guys! I cant even handle how much info is in this html code lol its like trying to solve a puzzle with so many pieces and classes but seriously tho, i love how they used divs and spans to make the live ticker work and the social media buttons are just so cute especially when u click on them it feels like u r really sharing the article but idk why they didnt do a better job with the desktop version is it because it's hard to code or what? lol
man what's with all these new-fangled websites ! back in my day we had website design down pat... like, I remember seeing those animated GIFs on CNN's homepage back in '99 and it was like, whoa! nowadays everyone's just churning out websites like they're going out of style... idk what's the point of all these "features" , social media buttons are just so... obtrusive . give me a good ol' fashioned news section with some decent pics and words any day
I gotta say, the way this website loads on my browser feels super slow . Like, it takes forever to load all those articles and whatnot. I'm guessing that's because of all the extra features they've got going on - social media buttons, live ticker, desktop version... it's like they're trying to cram as much stuff as possible into one page .
And have you noticed how the website just kinda defaults to mobile mode? Like, even if your device isn't a phone, it still tries to load that tiny little layout. It's kinda annoying, tbh . I mean, can't they just let us choose our own view settings like we do on some other websites?
This website looks so outdated it's still using like 5 different sizes of font sizes i mean idk how they make the design work on desktop vs mobile like are they expecting users to just magically switch between layouts
