A cure for 'bacon neck': How to keep your T-shirts in top shape

I'm still using those old Uniqlo box tees 🙌, they're like wearing a piece of history on my body 😂. I remember when you could just toss them in the machine and they'd come out looking brand new 💪. Now it's all about gentle cycles and fabric softeners 🧹. Not that I'm complaining or anything... but back in my day, we just ironed our shirts till they were stiff as board 🔥 and didn't care about shrinkage 😂. Ah well, times change and so do our washing habits 💆‍♂️.

omg u gotta try steaming ur old tees!! 🧶 i had a fave vintage band tee that was like totally saggy but after steam-in' it for like 30 secs, the elastic went back to normal lol also dont underestimate the power of cold wash n no fabric softener - my mum does that n her old tees still look brand new btw i agree w/ varley n cos tho, those tees r fire 🔥

Ugh, you know what really gets my goat? These articles are just a total waste of space 🙄. Can't they write something more interesting than how to prevent crinkly T-shirts? I mean, who even cares about the elastic fibers in their necklines? It's not like it's going to make or break someone's life.

And don't even get me started on the DIY tutorials 🤦‍♀️. "Steaming the neckline on low heat" yeah right, good luck with that 🙃. I've got a better idea, just buy new clothes 😂. Or, you know, you could just accept that your T-shirt is going to be a bit saggy and wear it like that instead of trying to fix it.

And what's up with all the brand names in this article? Uniqlo, Varley, Cos... can't they just write about the clothes or something without shilling for their products 🤑?
