Directed by Nambiar from a script by Abhishek Bandekar, "Tu Yaa Main" marks a departure from traditional Valentine's Day fare and speaks to contemporary youth culture. The film is produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma under their Colour Yellow banner, alongside Vinod Bhanushali and Kamlesh Bhanushali of Bhanushali Studios Limited.
Gourav, who broke through internationally with his BAFTA-nominated performance in Netflix's "The White Tiger," will be seen on the big screen once again. Most recently, he appeared in FX series "Alien: Earth" as well as Apple TV's "Extrapolations." Kapoor makes her second big screen appearance following her debut in "Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan" released in 2025.
