. Barry Poznick was like the glue that held those unscripted shows together at MGM. He had such a knack for finding talented hosts and producers, and it showed in the ratings of "Are Your Smarter Than a Celebrity" and even the new "American Gladiators" reboot.
I remember watching some of those shows with my family, and Poznick's energy was infectious
. Of course, change can be good too, and I'm sure he'll do great things as an executive producer. But it's still gonna take some getting used to not seeing his face every time we tune in 
. Still, Amazon's got a solid team in place, so I'm sure the shows will keep on rocking

On the other hand, it's awesome that Amazon is keeping him on as a producer, so fans of his shows can still see what he's working on.
. He's been an integral part of building some amazing reality TV shows for the company, so it'll be interesting to see how things change now that he's moving on
