As demand rises, Planned Parenthood of Michigan will now offer vasectomies - Detroit Metro Times

🤔 I'm not convinced about this trend 📈. Vasectomy is definitely a viable option for men seeking permanent birth control, but are we really seeing a huge demand from people? 26% nationwide increase from 2014 to 2021 might be a bit exaggerated 📊. And what's with the 60% rise among men under 30 and single men since Roe v Wade was overturned? Sounds like there's some underlying panic 😬.

And have we really thought this through? More control over reproductive health options is great, but are we prepared to deal with the potential consequences of vasectomies on relationships and fertility 🤝. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but let's not jump on the bandwagon just yet 🚂.
