I mean, who needs consistent internet access when you've got a fancy-schmancy cloud service that's prone to going down? And 6:20PM ET is basically just a nice way of saying "we'll try to have it back online by the time you're done watching your Netflix show". I'm sure it's all just a coincidence that this outage happened right as some people were about to start their daily work...
