And have you seen the prices on some of these other homes? Like, a detached house in Mystic View Court sold for almost 2 million! That's insane, but I guess it just goes to show that there's still demand out there for those luxury properties. But at the same time, what's up with all these people wanting to buy homes in Hayward if they're gonna pay so much? Maybe it's just the fact that prices have been going up for a while and now everyone wants to get in on the action?
It's also interesting to see how some of these listings have such low price-to-square-foot ratios. Like, this one condo sold for $411 per square foot! That's actually pretty reasonable compared to other places I've seen. And it just goes to show that sometimes you don't need a gazillion extra rooms or amenities to get a good deal on a home.
I'm not gonna lie, though - buying or selling a home is crazy stressful, so I can only imagine how overwhelming it must be for people who are new to the market. That's why I think it's super important to stay informed and do your research before making any big decisions.
