Yeah the FA Cup is like a joke for Spurs right now, got smashed by Villa at home

they're really struggling right now and i feel bad for thomas frank, he's trying his best but it seems like the team just isn't coming together 
maybe they need to make some changes or give the players a bit more time to gel?

just thought about this and imo spurs need to take a hard look at their squad & player morale... its not just about the manager, its about the team dynamics 
& i think frank needs to shake things up, try new formations or something
