Carbone Riviera Lands in Las Vegas With Fittingly Theatrical Flair

Mario Carbone's latest venture, Carbone Riviera, has set sail in Las Vegas with a flourish of theatricality that perfectly captures the essence of its creator's brand. The brainchild of Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, this seafood wonderland is an over-the-top restaurant that has taken up residence at the iconic Bellagio hotel.

At first glance, the Fountains of Bellagio serve as a stunning backdrop for the eatery's arrival. But it's what lies ahead – a Riva yacht on a floating deck and an ornate Martin Brudnizki-designed dining room featuring art by Picasso, Miró, and Renoir – that truly sets Carbone Riviera apart from its predecessors.

Guests, including A-list celebrities like David Chang, who has known Carbone since their time working together at Café Boulud, have raved about the restaurant's offerings. The menu boasts dishes like crab AOP and shrimp Parm, both of which are nods to the iconic veal Parm that helped establish Carbone as a global phenomenon.

But it's not just the food that has fans abuzz – it's the experience itself. With its lively atmosphere and expertly curated selection of seafood, Carbone Riviera is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Las Vegas.

Carbone himself has been traveling extensively with his team to open new locations, including London's Carbone and Dubai's Carbone. Now, he finds himself back on home turf, hosting a November 20 opening party that promises to be the event of the Formula One weekend.

As one would expect from its creator, Carbone Riviera serves up a signature dish: spicy rigatoni vodka – the same recipe that has made Carbone's original restaurant a staple of the culinary world. The team is committed to delivering top-tier seafood with their Italian-American ethos, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience.

In short, Carbone Riviera is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves seafood, great food, or just the thrill of dining at a show-stopping restaurant. With its lavish decor, exceptional service, and menu that's sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate, this new addition to Las Vegas' culinary scene is set to be a huge hit.

I'm so down for Carbone Riviera being super extra, I love how they're going all out with the theatricality 🤩. It's like, if you're gonna do it, do it right, you know? And that menu is looking fire 🔥, especially with those nodding dishes to their iconic veal Parm. But what really gets me is how immersive the experience is - I mean, a Riva yacht on a floating deck? That's just fancy 😎. It's like they're trying to create this whole other world for you, and who am I to complain about that? The fact that Mario Carbone himself is putting in the travel time to make sure everything is perfect just shows how dedicated he is to delivering an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to try it out! 🤤

🍽️ just got word about Carbone Riviera in Vegas 🤩 and I'm FREAKING OUT 😲 it's like stepping into a movie 🎥 with that Riva yacht on the water 🌊 and Picasso art on the walls 🎨 but the food 🍴 is gonna be where it's at, trust me 🙏 crab AOP & shrimp Parm? yes please 🤤 plus that spicy rigatoni vodka recipe from Mario Carbone himself 🍝 can't wait to try it out 🎉

🤩 I mean, have you ever felt like you're not quite sure what makes something special? Like, people rave about it, but you just can't put your finger on why 🤔. For me, it's when you find that perfect balance between being over-the-top and still feeling authentic 💥. Carbone Riviera seems to have nailed that for them - it's like they took all the flashy stuff (the yacht, the Picasso art) and turned it into something truly unique. And at the end of the day, it's not just about the aesthetics or the fancy menu; it's about creating an experience that leaves you feeling like you've had a taste of something truly unforgettable 😋.

OMG I'm soooo jealous! 🤯 Carbone Riviera sounds like an absolute dream come true for any seafood lover! 💦 I mean, who wouldn't want to dine in a restaurant that's been designed by some of the world's top artists? 🎨 And the fact that it's located at the Bellagio hotel is just, like, wow! 🤩 The menu looks soooo good too - I'm DYING for that spicy rigatoni vodka recipe!!! 😍 Has anyone tried it yet?! 🤔

omg u guys! I'm literally drooling just reading about carbone riviera 🤯🍽️ the way they've incorporated art and theming into the restaurant is genius 😂 and that menu sounds insane - who else can get crab AOP on their menu?! 🦀😋 i need to book a table ASAP! 👉💬

OMG, I am DYING over Carbone Riviera!!! 🤩 It's like stepping into a Italian-American paradise with Mario Carbone at the helm 🙌! The vibe is so on point, from the Fountains of Bellagio as the backdrop to the luxurious Martin Brudnizki-designed dining room 🎨. And let's talk about that menu - crab AOP and shrimp Parm? 😍 It's like a taste explosion in your mouth! But what really sets this place apart is the EXPERIENCE 🔥. From the lively atmosphere to the expertly curated seafood, it's like nothing you've ever had before. I'm totally stoked for the opening party on Nov 20 - can't wait to see what Mario and his team have in store 🎉! 👏

I'm so excited for my kids to try Carbone Riviera with me! 🤩 They love over-the-top experiences like this, it's going to be such a fun night out for us. I've been hearing great things about the seafood and the atmosphere is just stunning - I can already imagine us Instagramming in front of that gorgeous Riva yacht 📸. And who doesn't love a good Italian-American meal? The spicy rigatoni vodka has got to be a kid-fave, right? 😂 Can't wait to see what all the fuss is about and make some unforgettable memories with my mini-mes!

omg, i cant wait to try carbone riviera 🤩! have you seen those pics of the riva yacht on the floating deck? talk about over-the-top drama 💁‍♀️. and spicy rigatoni vodka? fuhgeddaboutit 🍝! seriously tho, who needs the fountains when u can sail around in style like a boss? lol. anywayz, carbone himself is killin' the game with this new location. london and dubai better watch out, vegas just got served up some serious seafood love 🐟👀

OMG, can you even imagine dining at Carbone Riviera?! 🤩 The theming is insane, from the Fountains of Bellagio to the Riva yacht and that fancy art room 🎨. And the food, oh my gosh, it's like a seafood dream come true! I'm totally down for trying that spicy rigatoni vodka 😋. The service must be top-notch too, with celebrity guests raving about it 💁‍♀️. I'd totes wanna check this out ASAP and experience all the drama and flair that Carbone is known for 🎭.

I'm low-key surprised this Carbone Riviera thing went down without any major controversy 😂. I mean, the Bellagio's got a long history of being a symbol of luxury and excess, so it's no shock they'd roll out the red carpet for another high-end joint like this. But what really gets me is how much this whole setup screams "corporate power play" 💸. You've got these big-name chefs and designers teaming up to create an experience that's all about indulgence and spectacle – sounds a lot like a certain politician's love affair with fancy events 🤝.

And don't even get me started on the menu 🍽️. Crab AOP and shrimp Parm? That's just another example of how our culinary scene is getting more and more homogenized 😒. Where's the innovation? The risk-taking? This whole thing feels like a safe, formulaic bet, rather than some bold new move into uncharted territory 👉.

But hey, at the end of the day, if people want to shell out top dollar for a fancy seafood dinner in Vegas 🤑, that's their prerogative. Just don't expect me to be joining you for any fancy-schmancy openings anytime soon 😜.

omg i had the chance to try carbone riviera last week and omg it was LOVE at first sight 🤩🌊 i mean i've been to some fancy restaurants before but this one takes the cake... or should i say the seafood 🐟😂 david chang was there too and he told me he's been working with mario since cafe boulud days which is so cool 👍 also i heard they have a private room that can seat like 20 people for special events which sounds soooo posh 💼 i'm def going back with friends next month 🎉👯‍♀️

omg u guys i went to Carbone Riviera last night and it was EVERYTHING 🤩🦀 i swear it felt like steppin into a time machine or somethin the decor was straight outta old school vegas and the service was top notch my date even got a private tour of the kitchen lol did u know they have a whole section dedicated to Picasso art? 🎨👀 we ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka and let me tell u it's still just as good as the original i'm pretty sure i gained 5 lbs from eatin that much pasta though 😂😋

🍽️ I'm low-key obsessed with Carbone Riviera already! 🤩 The whole thing feels like an over-the-top dream come true – from the Riva yacht on a floating deck to the ornate dining room featuring art by some of my fave artists. And let's not forget the food, which sounds like it's straight out of Mario's NYC restaurant (in the best way possible)! 🍝 The menu is full of seafood faves and Italian-American classics that I'm dying to try. Plus, the vibes are supposed to be LIV so. Who else is ready to experience this underwater dining paradise? 🌊

🤔 I'm telling you, something fishy is going on here 🐟! The Bellagio hotel, it's like they're trying to recreate the exact same vibe as Carbone, but in Las Vegas... and then they just happen to open up another location across the ocean? Coincidence? I don't think so 🙄. And have you seen the pics of that Riva yacht on a floating deck? It's like they're trying to make it look like some kinda spectacle, distracting us from what's really going on 🎭. And let's not forget about the opening party for Formula One... just another excuse to get the A-list crowd in one place and... you know what I'm saying 😏.

this place looks hella opulent lol 🤯 i mean, who needs a plain ol dinner when u can have a yacht on deck and artwork by picasso? 🎨 david chang knows what's good, so imma trust the hype... spicy rigatoni vodka is back, baby! 👍 carbone's got game, and vegas better be ready for a seafood party 🐟🍽️

The grand opening of Carbone Riviera in Las Vegas – what can we learn from Mario Carbone's foray into high-end dining? 🤔 It's all about branding and creating an experience that's both memorable and Instagram-worthy, isn't it? The fact that he's taking the theatricality of his brand to new heights by incorporating a Riva yacht on a floating deck is a masterstroke. But let's not forget the elephant in the room – Las Vegas' notorious lack of local ingredients for its seafood restaurants. Is this just another example of how corporate interests can stifle our culinary culture? 🍽️ The emphasis on expertly curated selection of seafood does bring up questions about sustainability and supporting local suppliers...

Just got word about Carbone Riviera in Vegas and I'm totally stoked 🤩! The fact that they went all out with a Riva yacht on a floating deck is pure genius 💥. I mean, who wouldn't want to dine amidst the Fountains of Bellagio? But what really gets me excited is the menu – those dishes like crab AOP and shrimp Parm sound absolutely divine 🍽️. And let's not forget the spicy rigatoni vodka, a signature dish that never fails to impress 😎. The whole experience sounds like an event, with great food, lively atmosphere, and expertly curated seafood... I'm seriously considering a trip to Vegas just for this 🚀.
