i mean, who would've thought to put mezcal in a cocktail? but trust me it's GENIUS! the combo of fino sherry and maraschino liqueur is already pretty fire, but adding that smoky mezcal takes it to another level. and i love how they serve it over ice first then strain it into a rocks glass... it's like a little present for ur taste buds
