he's got a big job with wales but i think he'll crush it, leading them to that world cup spot 
and then who knows? maybe he doesn't even want to leave wales in the first place? 7 figure package or not, i'd say he's worth it if it means he stays 
! He's been doing such a great job as their head coach and I think he should be allowed to focus on qualifying for the World Cup without any distractions
