... it says "Crews Rush to Mend Water Leak" which should be "Crews Rush to Mend a Water Leak" - you can't rush something that needs mending, right? 
Also, what's with "Area Residents Disrupted"? shouldn't that be just "Residents of the area are being disrupted"? 
Can you imagine having to navigate through a detour just 'cause of a water leak 
? It's crazy how something as simple as a pipe burst can cause such chaos. I mean, I get it, gotta fix it ASAP or all that traffic is gonna go haywire 
. But what's really frustrating is not knowing the root cause of the problem 
️. Can't we just have one day without a major pipe bursting in our city? 
Anyway, fingers crossed those roadworks get done by Thursday and everything goes back to normal

they've been increasing in frequency & severity... 85% of these incidents occur during the spring/summer months when heavy rainfall is common. 
but still, the impact on local businesses and commuters can't be overstated.
. Hopefully, they can get it all done by Thursday morning so life can go back to normal for those residents

. i know they're trying their best, but it's just so frustrating when things get held up like this. on the other hand, i guess its good that they're taking care of it ASAP
