Fifth Met Police officer sacked after BBC Panorama investigation

🤕 I'm so disappointed in this latest development. The Met Police needs to do better than just kicking out officers who are problematic - they need to address the systemic issues that allow this kind of stuff to happen. It's not like these guys were rogue cops, it's a clear case of institutionalised misogyny and racism. 🚫💔

I mean, what's going on with their training? How do you teach officers to be so dismissive and racist? And what about the victims who have to deal with this kind of abuse? It's not just the women who are being targeted, it's the community as a whole. The Met Police needs to take responsibility for their own actions and make some serious changes. 💪🏽

And can we talk about how this is all coming out now? Like, when did this culture of abuse start? Was it always like this or was it something that started building up over time? We need answers, not just more cops being fired. Transparency is key here. 🔍
