? I remember when he was VP, he had a huge influence on George W Bush's foreign policy, but now that we're over here dealing with climate change, his legacy is kinda... complicated

. I mean, the guy played a big role in shaping US foreign policy, but at what cost? The war on terror, Iraq invasion, all those controversies surrounding it... it's like, did he really have to be so hawkish all the time?
