), it's heartbreaking to think about one of their own being treated like this. The school district is doing the right thing by removing the sub from work, though 
! Can't imagine how traumatic that experience must've been for that student and his fam 
. I hope the investigation finds out what really happened and takes action against whoever did this... no one deserves to be treated like that

. as a society, we need to do way better to support our students and make sure they feel safe at school. the fact that the substitute teacher was caught on video and hasn't been charged yet is just concerning - what kind of system are we supposed to trust? 
. but we need more than just one-time interventions - we need a systemic change that prioritizes our students' well-being above all else
