Google Photos lets iPhone users edit images by describing changes

Google Photos is now allowing iPhone users to edit images using voice commands. The "Help me edit" feature, which was previously only available on Android devices, has been rolled out on iOS. With this new update, users can simply describe the edits they want by speaking or typing their requests, and Google Photos will bring their vision to life.

The redesigned editor UI for Google Photos is also now available on iPhones, making it easy to adjust images using simple gestures and one-tap suggestions. This means that iPhone users can benefit from the same level of image editing features as Android users, without needing to switch between devices.

One of the key new features in this update is Google's Nano Banana AI model. This advanced AI technology will enable more accurate facial editing, allowing users to precisely adjust elements such as glasses, eyes, and smiles. The system can even reference private face groups for added accuracy.

Other notable updates include a "Ask" button that launches a chatbot-style interface to edit images and answer questions about their contents. iPhone users also gain access to ready-made AI templates that let them instantly edit photos using popular prompts, such as putting themselves in a high-fashion photo shoot.

In addition, the "Ask Photos" tool will be expanded to more than 100 new regions and 17 new languages, making it easier for users to find specific images in their gallery.

I gotta say, this is wild... just think about being able to edit pics with just your voice 🀯! Google's really stepping up the game here. That AI model's gonna make editing so much more precise, especially when it comes to facial stuff. It's also cool that they're adding in these templates and chatbot-style interfaces... makes it way more fun to play around with pics πŸ˜„. The idea of being able to ask for help and get suggestions one-tap is just genius πŸ€“. And I'm stoked that this is getting rolled out to more regions and languages too 🌎! It's amazing how much tech has come together to make editing photos so effortless πŸ’».

OMG 🀩 I'm literally so hyped about this Google Photos update!!! πŸŽ‰ I mean, who needs a mouse when you can just talk to your phone, right? πŸ˜‚ The "Help me edit" feature is like, totally genius. No more fiddling around with tiny icons and menus, just describe what you want done and voilΓ ! Magic happens πŸ’«. And the AI model for facial editing? Mind. Blown. πŸ‘€ Can't wait to see how this changes the way I (and everyone else) edits pics. One tap suggestions? Easy peasy πŸ™Œ Ready-made templates? Game-changer! 🀩 How cool is it that they're expanding "Ask Photos" to more regions and languages too? πŸŒŽπŸ’¬

Just had this update on my iPhone and I gotta say, Google Photos is getting super smart! This voice command thingy is so easy to use - I was like "Help me edit the sunset" and voila! My photos look brand new. But what I love most is that they've added all these AI templates... it's like having a personal stylist for your pics! And the facial editing? Whoa, my cat looks adorable with its new sunglasses πŸ±πŸ•ΆοΈ. The only thing I wish they'd add is an option to undo voice commands so I don't end up with a photo of myself wearing sunglasses πŸ˜‚. Still, overall, Google Photos is killing it! πŸ‘

I'm loving this new voice editing feature on Google Photos, can you imagine not having to touch your phone screen when taking selfies? 🀣 I was a bit skeptical at first, but now that I've tried it out, I'm hooked! The AI model is seriously good at detecting facial features and making adjustments. And yeah, the "Ask" button is super convenient for asking questions about your pics or getting suggestions for edits. I like how they've made this feature available on both Android and iOS too - it's all about equal access, right? 🀝 One thing that might take some time to get used to is typing out requests instead of swiping through options, but overall, I'm stoked to see Google Photos pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and image editing. πŸ‘

this is sooo cool! I mean, can you imagine being able to edit your phone pics with just your voice?! its like having a personal photo butler or something πŸ€–πŸ“Έ the facial editing feature sounds especially awesome, i love how they're using AI to make it way more accurate. and those one-tap suggestions for adjusting images? game changer! i can already imagine myself making my friends' pics look way better just by talking about what i want to change πŸ˜‚πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

This is so cool!!! 🀩 I mean, who doesn't want to edit photos with just their voice? πŸ˜‚ It's like having a personal assistant for your selfies! πŸ‘ The fact that Google Photos has made this feature available on both Android and iOS is super convenient for users. Plus, the new Nano Banana AI model sounds like a total game-changer for facial editing. I'm all about those one-tap suggestions too! πŸ’‘ And the ready-made templates? Genius! πŸ€“ It's amazing how tech companies are always pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our devices. The expansion of "Ask Photos" to more regions and languages is also a huge plus. Now, who needs a social life when you can just edit your photos all day? πŸ˜‚ Just kidding (kinda)!

Just got this update on Google Photos and I'm so hyped 🀩! Now I can edit my pics using just my voice lol what's next? AI face swapping?? πŸ˜‚ the nano banana ai model sounds insane how accurate is it gonna be? also, having a "help me edit" feature that you can use on both android and ios is genius easy to switch between devices now πŸ“±

I'm loving this new feature on Google Photos, but I wish they had done it sooner! The idea of using voice commands to edit photos is so cool πŸ€–. I mean, who doesn't want to just say "add a pair of shades" and have it magically appear? It's like having our own personal photo editor πŸ‘“.

I'm also excited about the redesign of the editor UI - it looks super user-friendly. The one-tap suggestions are genius πŸ’‘. But I do hope they'll add more advanced features to AI editing, like being able to adjust brightness and contrast without having to use gestures. A bit more fine-grained control would be nice 😊.

I'm a bit concerned about the "Ask" button though - what if it's too hard for some users to navigate? But overall, I think this is a great move by Google Photos πŸ‘. Can't wait to try out all these new features and see how they improve my photo editing game πŸ“ΈπŸ’»!
