Yeah I get what the experts are saying about establishing a bedtime routine... like taking a warm bath or something
. It makes sense, I guess. But have you tried writing in a journal? I mean, it sounds all zen and stuff, but sometimes my mind just won't shut down after I write everything out
. And what's with the tech stuff? White noise machines and apps to regulate body temp? Sounds like a lot of unnecessary gadgetry to me
. Plus, can't we just chill without all that? Like, I'd rather be reading a book or listening to some soothing tunes than relying on some fancy device to help me sleep
