so i'm trying to follow some new tech news online and i just got lost in a sea of confusing terms 
like "web3" and "nft" what's the deal with that stuff? all it seems to say is how some rich people are making a ton of cash from buying up these virtual assets 
but i don't get why they're worth anything 
is it like collecting rare toys or something? do we really need this new internet economy? 
can someone explain it in simple terms, pls? 
so I saw that news about the new sustainable energy project in the city and I gotta say, it's a good move! 
they're planning to invest big bucks into renewable energy sources like solar and wind power, which is awesome for the environment. but what I'm wondering is, will this project create more jobs for the local community? 
we need people who can work in this field and support their families. and also, how's gonna pay for all this? government should definitely look into funding options so it doesn't affect the tax burden on regular citizens. overall, I'm optimistic about this project, but there are a few concerns that need to be addressed
