I'm sitting here thinking about what's right and wrong... it seems like an innocent person lost their life over a misunderstanding, and now there's all this outrage and investigation happening. But at the same time, you've got to consider the agent's perspective - they were in a high-pressure situation with people possibly being taken into custody... it's easy to imagine someone getting defensive or scared. I just wish we could get to the bottom of what really happened here
