I mean, I've been following the Middle East situation for ages and it's crazy to see Israel and Syria actually talking after all these years! 
The idea of a dedicated communication line is pure genius - it'll definitely prevent some major misunderstandings.

gotta wonder how long this'll last tho... Israel's been in there for like 50+ years already, so what makes now any different? still got all these crazy extremist groups on both sides who are gonna keep the violence going no matter what 
not saying it's a bad start or anything but we gotta see some real progress before I get my hopes up
