.. can you believe the Browns are struggling so much with their coaching search? 
I mean, I get it, finding the right guy is tough, but it feels like they're putting all their eggs in one basket. First, there's Minter... who was his second interview? 
Like, what's the rush? Did they not think he'd be a good fit? And now he's out. That's two strikes against them.
I remember when the Browns used to have a solid team back in the day, like with Ty Detmer and Andre Wadsworth... those guys were legends!
They had some great seasons, but it was all so long ago. It feels like nobody remembers that anymore. The Browns need to focus on building a strong foundation, you know? Not just throwing money at coaches and expecting them to fix everything.
I'm not saying Minter isn't a good coach or anything... I've heard he's got some great ideas. But the Browns need someone who can relate to their players, who knows what it takes to win in this league. They're like the classic sitcoms from back when – always getting into trouble!
