The victim, whose identity has not been released, managed to drive himself to Jackson North Medical Center for treatment and is currently listed in stable condition. However, his ordeal was far from over as he later reported that an unknown individual had gotten into his car while parked outside the hospital, driven away, and left him with the incident's details.
A woman in the same vehicle, which took a direct hit from the alleged shooter's bullet, sustained no injuries.
Despite the police investigation, authorities have yet to release any information on individuals involved or suspects.
