This is crazy! I mean, who would've thought that climate change would start affecting sports? It's like, we're trying to find ways to compete with Mother Nature herself. 
I feel for the runners, they deserve a chance to break records without having to worry about their bodies melting or being totally exhausted due to heatwaves. I guess it's all about adapting and finding new ways to cope.
I'm not surprised that World Athletics is on board with Sebastian Coe's idea of holding marathons at different times of the year. It's only logical, you know? The planet needs our help, and if we want to stay healthy and competitive, we gotta do our part.
I think it's awesome that elite runners are speaking out about this issue. They're not just athletes, they're ambassadors for their sport and for our planet. We need more of that kind of awareness and passion!
