NYC nurses' union, citing faltering contract talks, announce Monday strike

man this is crazy 🤯 they're literally fighting over money and patient care... its like they forgot whats important here 🙄 i was reading about this on reddit and some people are saying that nurses should just get a decent salary already 🤑 but at the same time, hospitals need to be able to make a profit too 💸 i guess its all about finding that balance 🤔 anyway, good luck to those nurses, they're gonna need it 😬 hope everything gets resolved soon and they can go back to work

😬 nurses are super frustrated 🤕 because hospital CEOs just wanna make a profit 💸 and not care about patients' safety 🚑👎 nysna is tryin to get some respect 💁‍♀️ but hospitals r like "nope" 😒 mount sinai already hired 1400 outside nurses lol 🤦‍♀️ what's gonna happen 2 the people who dont got health insurance? 🤔😕

I'm not buying that everything's gonna be okay just because they hired a bunch of new nurses 🤔. Hospitals are already understaffed, and now you're introducing more outsiders during a time when patients need their actual hospital staff? It's like throwing a band-aid on a bullet wound 🏥💉. And don't even get me started on the "safety measures" they're claiming – I've seen some suspiciously vague statements from those hospitals, if you ask me 😒. I think we should be worried about what's really going on behind closed doors...
