Oficial de policía de Hanover Park detenido por ICE regresa al servicio

Hanover Park Policia official detained by ICE returns to duty, court order confirms his status.

The Hanover Park Police Department announced on Tuesday that Radule Bojovic, a Montenegrin-born officer, has resumed full duties after being detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in October. The officer's return to work was made possible by a court order confirming his eligibility to continue working for the federal government.

Earlier this year, Bojovic was hired by the department without any issues, but his employment was subject to scrutiny due to his immigration status. However, he obtained a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD) from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), which allowed him to work legally.

FBI background checks and Illinois State Police screenings also cleared Bojovic of any past criminal convictions, according to officials. He was returned to active duty on Monday and will receive back pay for the time he was out on administrative leave.

The decision comes after a court order confirmed that Bojovic's immigration status is valid, allowing him to continue working as a police officer in Hanover Park.

This dude got a second chance 🙌, I guess it's all about due process and following the law. If he did everything right, why not? 😊 Can't blame ICE for trying to follow protocol either...this is all pretty standard stuff. Not really sure what's going on with immigration laws tho...feels like there's always some kind of catch-22 🤔.

🤔 This development highlights the complexities surrounding immigration policies and their impact on law enforcement personnel. The fact that Radule Bojovic was able to regain his employment despite initial scrutiny raises questions about the effectiveness of current processes in determining an individual's eligibility to work for a federal agency. It's also worth noting that the court order's confirmation of his status underscores the importance of due process and the need for clarity in immigration law. The return to duty comes with a sense of relief, not only for Bojovic but also for the Hanover Park Police Department, which can now focus on its core responsibilities without unnecessary distractions. 💼

🤔 ICE agents gotta be careful who they detain, right? I mean, this guy's got a job and is good at it, why take away his livelihood over some paperwork? But I guess you can't just let anyone work with the police without checking their background and immigration status... 🕵️‍♂️

It's crazy how quickly things moved for him - from being on administrative leave to back in duty and getting paid again. That court order must be a big relief for him! And I'm glad he was able to get his EAD sorted out, that can be super stressful.

The bigger question is what happens if someone gets detained by ICE while they're already working? Does it mean they lose their job? 🤷‍♀️

🤩 I'm so glad to hear that Radule Bojovic has been cleared to return to his job at the Hanover Park Police Department! It's amazing how things can work out in the end, right? I mean, who would've thought that a court order would be the key to him getting back on duty? 🙏 It just goes to show that even when it seems like the odds are against us, sometimes we get some unexpected good news. And isn't it great that all the checks and screenings he went through were okay? No past convictions or anything like that! That's a huge relief for him and his family. And he gets his back pay too? Win-win! 💪

I'm not sure how I feel about this situation... 🤔 It's kinda weird that someone with a questionable immigration status got hired and then had to fight for the right to do their job. But at the same time, it's good that they were able to resolve things and get back to work 💼. The fact that all these checks (FBI background, state police screenings) came out clean is pretty reassuring. I guess it just goes to show how complex the immigration system can be 🤯. On a more positive note, Bojovic's story might help raise awareness about the process for people with uncertain immigration status trying to get back on track 💪.

ICE has no idea what they've gotten themselves into 🙄. I mean, seriously, a court order says he's good to go? Sounds like a solid plan for law enforcement, not some shady operation. And now Radule Bojovic is back on the job, which is great, because who needs accountability when you're serving and protecting... unless you're an immigrant with a questionable past 🤷‍♂️. Anyway, all's well that ends well, I guess? Back pay for time off, yay 🤑.

ICE detainment drama is all about who's eligible for gigs, right? 🤔 So, this dude Radule Bojovic got detained by ICE back in October, but a court order just confirmed he can get his job back at the Hanover Park Police Dept. That's some serious paperwork and bureaucratic wizardry going on! 👮‍♂️ I mean, it's not like anyone's arguing that he shouldn't be able to work or anything. It's all about following procedure and making sure he's good to go for his EAD. And, of course, the FBI background checks and Illinois State Police screenings had to run first to make sure he didn't have any skeletons in his closet... which thankfully, it seems like he doesn't. 🙏 Anyway, the dude's back on duty now and getting paid – all good vibes! 😊

🤦‍♂️ Can you believe this? So, a cop gets detained by ICE because of his immigration status, and now he's back to work without any issues? I mean, it's not like the department was worried about him being a foreigner or anything... 🙄 A court order confirming his eligibility to work is just what we needed to make sure our police force is 100% American. Meanwhile, I'm over here like "wait, isn't that a cop with a foreign background supposed to be a problem?" 🤷‍♂️

It's refreshing to see a case like Radule Bojovic's played out in a relatively swift and non-confrontational manner 🙌. The fact that his employment status has been thoroughly vetted by multiple agencies, including the FBI and Illinois State Police, underscores the importance of rigorous background checks in maintaining public trust 💼. The court order confirming his eligibility to work for the federal government is also a testament to the complexities of immigration law and the need for clarity around individual circumstances 📚. One can't help but wonder how many individuals like Bojovic are impacted by similar uncertainties, making it all the more crucial that such cases be handled with sensitivity and attention to detail 👍.

So like I'm reading this news about Radule Bojovic and it's kinda crazy how he got detained by ICE and now he can go back to work 🤯. I feel bad for the guy 'cause he was out of work for a while, but at least he got that court order thingy done which confirms his immigration status.

It's weird though, like he had all these FBI background checks and Illinois State Police screenings, which is cool, but if they didn't clear him then why did he get detained in the first place? Anyway, I guess it's good that he can finally go back to doing what he loves - serving his community. Good on him for getting that EAD too, now he can just live and work without all the drama 😊.

🤔 just when you think things can't get more complicated, right? So, this Radule guy gets detained by ICE and I'm thinking "what's going on here?" Turns out, he got a court order that says he's good to go! 🙌 I mean, it's not like he was doing anything wrong, just having some immigration issues. And now he's back to work, which is awesome for him... but also kinda weird? Like, how did this even happen in the first place? 🤷‍♂️ anyway, glad everything worked out in the end! 👍

just heard about this Radule Bojovic dude being cleared by the courts 🤔 so I guess it's good he can get back to work doing his thing on the force 👮‍♂️. but what's with all the scrutiny, you know? like, shouldn't we just be focusing on keeping our communities safe instead of worrying about someone's immigration status? 😊 anyway, glad he's got his life back on track 💯.

OMG 🤯 I'm so confused about this whole situation... like how did Radule even become a cop in the first place? He was born in Montenegro and everything! 🤔 How did he get that EAD thingy to work for the US government? And what's with all these background checks and screenings? Can't they just trust each other? 😂 Plus, it's kinda weird that he had to go on admin leave while this whole thing was happening... like, didn't anyone think about how it would affect his job or something? 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, glad he's back on duty now though! 👮

I don't get why ICE has to be so involved in every little thing 🤔. This guy's been living and working in the US for years, got all the necessary papers, and he's still being scrutinized. It's like they're waiting for someone to slip up so they can pounce. I mean, what's the point of having a court order if it's just going to be used as an excuse to delay his return to work? 😐 Bojovic seems like a good guy, and he's been cleared by all the necessary checks, so why not just leave him alone? 🙄
