Pretrial hearing for Luigi Mangione to resume Monday after court releases new evidence in case

ugh man this is getting so messy!!!! 😩 mangione's defense team needs to get a grip already they're making it hard for themselves by arguing over some tiny details like miranda rights and backpack searches but seriously the 911 call that came out last week was like EVERYTHING 🤯 we finally have a match on the description of the killer from the witnesses and now mangione's trying to tell us he didn't do it? please 😒 meanwhile the prosecutors are just trying to keep the case together and show that mangione is indeed guilty. i'm so tired of these long hearings and court dates can't we just get this over with already 💔

🤔 this whole thing is getting complicated... so Mangione's lawyers are saying they didn't get their Miranda Rights when he was arrested and that means all the stuff from his backpack should be thrown out. But the cops say they were justified in searching him since it's Pennsylvania law, which allows for a limited search of someone's belongings during an arrest. 🚔

I'm also thinking about the 911 call, which is super interesting... it matches up with what witnesses said Mangione was wearing and carrying at Thompson's house. But if Mangione didn't give consent to be searched because he didn't know his rights, can they still use that evidence? It seems like this whole thing is a catch-22... 🤯

Monday can't come soon enough for this case 🙄. The recent evidence released is some juicy stuff - who would've thought a to-do list could be incriminating? 😂 I'm also intrigued by the folding knife found on Mangione, it raises questions about his mental state or if he was just careless with his belongings.

The Miranda Rights debate does seem like an easy way out for Mangione's lawyers, but at the same time, you can't deny that the arrest in Pennsylvania might not have been entirely proper 🤔. It's a classic cat-and-mouse game between defense and prosecution.

I love how the 911 call is being used as evidence - it's like the universe decided to play a prank on Mangione 😅. The descriptions of his clothing match the witnesses' accounts, which is no coincidence.

All in all, this pretrial hearing seems like a battle for the ages between Mangione's lawyers and prosecutors. Let's see who comes out on top 💪
