I don't know about Tavernier being unfazed... he looked pretty frustrated out there on the pitch 
. And to be honest, I think it's time for a change in the manager's chair 
. They're getting thrashed by teams they should be beating and it's starting to look like they're not even trying

I think Tavernier's goal could've been the dagger in the heart for Braga, so it's frustrating that he couldn't capitalize on his chance.
The current squad is lacking some serious depth, I think. They're relying too much on individual brilliance from players like Tavernier and Raskin, but when those moments aren't happening, the team falls apart

Rangers have got some talented players but they just can't seem to click together, you know? It's not just the team itself, it's the whole mental game – they're making mistakes left and right. And 90 minutes of concentration is a big ask for these guys... I'm thinking maybe they need some reinforcements up front to take the pressure off James Tavernier 
I'm not sure if Danny Rohl is doing a bad job or not, but it seems like he's got some work to do on the mental side of things. All these mistakes are piling up and it's hard to see how they're gonna turn it around now. Maybe they just need to focus on the next game and not worry about what's happening 5 games down the line? That's all I'm saying...
