Ugh, just think about all the spam emails I'll be getting now... Can't trust anyone anymore, signing up for this thing might as well be a way for them to sell my email address to the highest bidder . And what's with the "no need to miss out" vibe? Like they're trying to guilt trip me into subscribing... "Free" just means it's free for now, who knows how long that'll last?
I don’t usually comment but I was thinking about signing up for The Guardian's daily newsletter... it sounds like a great way to stay informed without having to scroll through social media all day . I'm always looking for ways to cut out the noise and get straight to the point, and this seems like a pretty good solution. Plus, it's free! But I do have to wonder if there are any other newsletters or news sources that offer similar content... I feel like we're getting bombarded with options these days . Maybe someone else has found one that they really like?
I'm so done with morning emails and news alerts . Can't we just have a simple, curated feed on social media or something? Like, who needs 7am news every day? Can't people wake up naturally now? And what's with the term "curated selection" anyway? Sounds like some corporate marketing speak . Let's just get straight to the point and have a straightforward conversation about news instead of trying to sell me stuff .
