. 18 billion spent at retailers and restaurants? thats not much considering the decline in sales compared to last year

. and dont even get me started on online shopping, its like consumers are more comfortable buying from faceless companies than supporting local folk

. they need to do more to support small biz, maybe offer more grants or loans
