"It's all speculation, so they don't want to speculate anything, but they also don't want to investigate anything either," says Tim Horn, David's cousin. "It's just like he's a drunk, he could be a nuisance, now he's gone, so let's move on."

I'm like totally freaking out over this Christmas disappearance thingy... 8 years is like forever!!! David Horn Jr.'s case is super puzzling, especially with the biker gang rumor and his mom's death being so suspicious...

. and btw, if he was just drunk and walked away, why would he cancel multiple uber rides? 
that's about 1,700 ppl every day!
