I'm kinda surprised that the Texas Republicans are having a hard time with their congressional district redraw . I mean, you'd think they'd be all like "Oh no, we gotta stop those Democrats!" but instead they're losing steam . And it's kinda interesting that Gavin Newsom was able to get this done in California - I guess his initiative was a game-changer ️. But at the same time, I'm not sure if I'd say the Democrats are totally on top of things just yet... there are still some lawsuits going around and all . And can we talk about how weird it is that President Trump was basically egging Republicans on to try and get this done? Like, what's his endgame here?
