The Corner Store Is Taking Its Caviar-Topped Lobster Rolls and Martini Service to Las Vegas

The upscale American restaurant, The Corner Store, will soon be opening its second location in Las Vegas, a move that is expected to draw crowds of foodies and martini enthusiasts alike.

According to Eugene Remm, the man behind Catch Hospitality Group, the new venue will feature the same classic American cuisine that has made The Corner Store a buzzworthy spot in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. From its signature Caesar salad and spinach artichoke dip to its decadent lobster rolls topped with caviar, every dish on the menu is carefully crafted from scratch.

The restaurant's commitment to using only fresh ingredients has earned it a loyal following among NYC residents, who can often be spotted dining at The Corner Store alongside celebrities such as Taylor Swift. In Las Vegas, however, Remm plans to scale up production and accommodate twice as many customers.

But the real pièce de résistance is the restaurant's martini service, which promises to be even more extensive in its new location. Expect an array of expertly crafted cocktails made with premium spirits and fresh garnishes, from classic vespers to more adventurous concoctions featuring ingredients such as sour cream and onion.

Remm has stated that he will not be replicating The Corner Store across the country, instead opting for a singular concept that can be tailored to each unique location. For Las Vegas, however, he sees an opportunity to bring his signature experience to a new audience.

When asked about what drew him to Las Vegas, Remm pointed out the city's growing reputation as a destination for foodies and entertainers alike. "I love what's happening in Las Vegas," he says. "I want more great restaurants coming to Las Vegas. I'm thrilled with all of it."

By bringing its expertise in classic American cuisine to the Strip, The Corner Store is poised to become a major player in Las Vegas' dining scene.

🤔 so i think this is gonna be a big hit in vegas! i mean, who doesn't love a good lobster roll and a perfectly crafted martini? 🍴🥃 the fact that they're not gonna try to copycat every location is smart too - it's all about creating a unique experience for each place. plus, las vegas is just getting more and more awesome, with all the new restaurants and bars popping up... i'm def gonna have to check out the corner store when it opens 🎉

Man, you won't believe what I just read about this new place opening up on the strip! They're gonna have that fancy-schmancy martini bar and all sorts of craft cocktails... 🍸 I swear, back in my day, we used to go to those super expensive restaurants in SoHo and they'd only have like 3 drinks on the menu. Now it's all about experimentation and fancy garnishes! The Corner Store is opening another location and it's gonna be huge, I can feel it! They're not just copying their NYC spot though, they're tailoring it to what Vegas likes... I love how the owner is stoked about bringing his vibe to the city! It's like a whole new era for fine dining in Vegas!

🍴👀 so vegas is finally getting some new fave restaurant like this one... i mean, who wouldn't want to go to a legit americana joint with fancy martinis? 🥂 the thing is though, las vegas already has tons of great restaurants... can they really compete with places like joel robuchon or le cirque? still gotta try it out tho, heard their lobster rolls are to die for 😋

idk why ppl are hyped about this 🤷‍♂️, i mean dont get me wrong the food sounds fire but its just another generic american restaurant 🍴... theyre not even innovating or bringing anything new to the table... its like a carbon copy of their nyc spot ... and martini service is just overkill 🥃 las vegas already has plenty of sick bars & restaurants that do way better than this

idk why they need 2nd location rn, vegas has plenty of other sick restaurants already 🤷‍♂️. but i guess having celebs like taylor swift hangin out there will get the word out 🤑. theyre doin that fancy schmancy cocktail thing tho, which is kinda lit 💫. just hope they dont scale up production too much and ruin the whole experience 👀. vegas needs more of that unique vibe, not just a copycat spot 🤔

🍴💸 I gotta say, opening up another location of The Corner Store in Vegas is a solid move... they already got a rep for good grub & over-the-top drinks, so it's not like they're gonna mess this one up 🤔. Plus, with all the big-name celebs who've dined there before, I'm sure Taylor Swift herself will be coming back to check out the new spot 🙋‍♀️. And hey, scaling up production in Vegas means more people can get their hands on that signature Caesar salad & lobster rolls too! 💪

I think it's pretty cool that they're opening another location in Vegas 🤩. I mean, who doesn't love a good martini? 💁‍♀️ But what really gets me excited is how Remm is keeping the same high standards as the NYC spot. It's not just about copying their menu, but also scaling up to accommodate more customers. That shows he's committed to quality and customer service 🙌. And let's be real, who doesn't love a restaurant that's been spotted with celebs? 💫 It's like The Corner Store is saying, 'Hey, we're not just another Vegas joint, we're the real deal.' So, I'm definitely stoked to try it out when it opens 🤤.

🍴👀 so they're opening up another location in las vegas and i think that's gonna be super cool! 🤩 i mean, who doesn't love a good martini or lobster roll, right? 😋 and the fact that they're not gonna just copy the same menu everywhere is a nice touch. i'm all about trying new things and experiencing what each location has to offer. plus, las vegas is literally becoming the foodie capital of the us, so it's awesome to see The Corner Store join in on the fun! 💸

🍴💼 gotta love how vegas is gettin' more foodie cred, you feel? like, the corner store's been makin some noise in nyc already, and now they're comin over to las vegas to bring that same energy. i'm all about it! i mean, who doesn't love a good ol american meal with a side of caviar? 🥂💦 and let's not forget those martinis - gotta keep the vespers flowin! but seriously, i think it's dope how remm's keepin it real and not tryin to recreate nyc in vegas. it's all about bringin that unique vibe to each location... can't wait to see what they're cookin up! 👌

Las Vegas is finally getting some adulting done 🤣... just kidding, who needs that when you've got 24/7 buffets and mediocre casino food? But seriously, it's cool that The Corner Store is expanding its operations - I mean, who doesn't love a good Caesar salad or spinach artichoke dip? And caviar-topped lobster rolls are just the icing on the cake (or should I say, martini glass? 🍸). It'll be interesting to see if they can scale up production without sacrificing quality, but fingers crossed it's a recipe for success!

Ugh, another fancy restaurant opening up on the Strip 🍴😒. Like we really need another overpriced martini bar serving the same old cocktails to our faces. I mean, don't get me wrong, their Caesar salad sounds pretty good, but twice as many customers? That just means more congestion and higher prices for us regulars 🤯.

And what's with the whole "singular concept" thing? Can't they just replicate the menu from NYC like everyone else? It's not like we're going to be able to tell the difference between The Corner Store in Las Vegas and New York anyway. I'm just excited to see if it'll live up to the hype, but my expectations are pretty low 🤷‍♀️.
