Umm i dont usually comment but thought i would share my thoughts on this one. so like the vegas grand prix is gonna get hit hard by the gov shutdown...i mean its not just about the racing, its about all the tourists who are coming in to watch it and stay at hotels. theres already a lot of people booking rooms in advance and airlines are still dealing with staff shortages so im guessing some ppl might wanna cancel their plans but i think most fans will still come thru if they've already booked everything

omg this is crazy!! i was super stoked about the las vegas f1 race but now i'm kinda worried about it... i've got friends who are traveling from abroad and they're really counting on attending, so fingers crossed that the government shutdown doesn't affect air travel too much 
. at the same time, if a bunch of people cancel their flights then ticket sales are gonna tank for the organizers 
. anyway, i'm keeping an eye on it and hoping everything works out
