I don't usually comment but... The Glory was more than just a bar, it was a space that allowed people to express themselves freely. I mean, who needs all that glamour when you can have a night of wild drag shows and good vibes? It's crazy how they'd get the whole pub in gold foil – now that's what I call throwing a party! But on a more serious note, it's amazing how The Glory taught us to accept people for who they are, even if they're not like us. That's a lesson we can all learn from. It's also interesting how you highlight the community aspect of it all – it shows that being weird and different isn't something to be ashamed of, but rather something to be celebrated. Anyway, I'm glad to see that its spirit lives on in people's hearts .
Just found out that a new disease has been discovered that's similar to Ebola and is already spreading rapidly across Asia . It's going to be a long and hard road ahead, folks...
omg i cant believe the glory is gone its like a piece of london history has been lost i remember reading about it online and feeling like i was transported to another era the idea that someone could just walk into a bar and be themselves without fear or judgment is still so surreal to me its wild that the author got to experience all that firsthand i totally agree with them tho - life is way too short for drama we should all strive to be more accepting and loving towards one another the glory may be gone but its spirit will live on in people like us who value community and individuality
