I gotta say, the situation in Rojava is super dire

. I mean, I get why we're supposed to be supportive of women's rights and all that, but sometimes you've got to wonder if they're being realistic about their expectations

. I'm not saying it's okay for them to face slaughter or anything, but can't they just negotiate a peace deal or something?
And what's with the international community being so slow to act on this? Like, we knew the Syrian government was a wild card, but didn't anyone see this coming?

It's like they're just sitting back and waiting for someone else to save the day. That's not exactly inspiring confidence in their ability to protect these women

.
I do think it's cool that they're trying to implement all this radical stuff, though

. I mean, who doesn't love a good experiment? But maybe it's time for them to rethink their strategy and focus on survival rather than trying to change the world overnight

. That being said, I'm not gonna sit here and watch Rojava get destroyed

. We've gotta step up and show some solidarity with these women

.
