This month's best paperbacks: Anne Tyler, Jason Allen-Paisant and more

Just read this list of new books and I'm loving the diversity 😊. A historical epistolary detective novel set in Renaissance Italy sounds so cool 🤔. And I've been meaning to check out Edmund White's memoir for ages - queer love is such an important part of history 💖. The cozy whodunnit on Mackinac Island sounds like a great summer read ☀️. As someone who's always been a fan of optimism, Sumit Paul-Choudhury's book is definitely going straight into my reading list 📚. And a wartime thriller set in Rome during WWII? That's just the kind of story I need to unwind after a long day 😴. Can't wait to dive in and read all these books! 💫

Ugh I'm so tired of these recommendations sections on every website 🤯. Can't they just suggest something that's actually relevant to my interests for once? I mean I clicked on the books section because I was browsing through some literary classics and what do I get? A list of new releases that have nothing to do with my reading goals 📚. And don't even get me started on how long it takes to load... like, can't they optimize their site for users who actually care about getting the most out of a recommendation section? 😒
