Though ‘Zootopia 2’ lacks original’s bite, it’s still a fun romp - Detroit Metro Times

I gotta say, it's still fun to watch Judy & Nick's adventures, but this sequel feels a bit like a watered-down version of the original 🐰😐. They're trying too hard to make it funny with animal puns, you know? It's cute at first, but after a while, it just feels like they're relying on lazy jokes instead of crafting something more clever.

I was kinda hoping for more depth and nuance, especially since the original had some real impactful messages 🤔. But hey, I guess that's what kids love about it – the bright colors and silly antics 😊. The animation is still solid, though! It's just not as immersive as the first one did.

The good news is that it still teaches those valuable lessons about acceptance & love ❤️. And let's be real, who doesn't want to see more of Judy & Nick's shenanigans? 🎥👮‍♀️ The only thing keeping me from giving it a full thumbs up is that it feels like they're playing it a bit too safe this time around. Still, I'll take an enjoyable sequel over a stinker any day! 😊

🎥 I gotta admit, I was really hoping Zootopia 2 would bring back that same wow factor as the original 🤩. But at the end of the day, it's still a fun ride with adorable characters 🐰🦊. The story's got its moments but some parts feel like they're phoning it in 😴. I'm still proud of how Disney handled tackling tough issues like prejudice and acceptance 💕. Kids love it (obvs) but adults might be slightly disappointed 🤔. Still, who am I to judge? If the next one's just as lovable, I'll be all over it! 👍

🤔 I was kinda underwhelmed by the sequel 🙃 still had some nice moments tho 😊 Judy & Nick's relationship is still fire 💕 but the story felt like it was missing that extra layer of depth from the 1st film 👀 the animation's cool, but not as innovative as I expected 🎨 all in all, a solid sequel that's still fun for the whole fam 👪

Honestly, I was kinda disappointed by the sequel 🤔...I mean, it's still a fun movie, but it doesn't have that same spark as the first one 🔥. They're trying to recapture the magic, but it feels like they're playing it a bit safer this time around 🙅‍♂️. I love how Judy and Nick are getting more serious about their partnership though 💕! And can we talk about Flash? That little pit viper is just the cutest thing ever 😍. Still, I wish they'd dug deeper into some of the themes from the first movie...but I guess that's what you get when you're trying to make a sequel 🤷‍♂️. Overall, it's still worth watching tho! 👍

I gotta admit, Zootopia 2 is a solid film 😊. It's not as groundbreaking as the first one, but it still brings that lovable charm 🐰💕. I mean, who doesn't love Judy and Nick's antics? 💥 The animation is super colorful, even if it's not as mind-blowing as the original. But let's be real, the kids in the audience were totally on board with it 🤩! And I appreciate how the film still tackles those important themes of acceptance and love ❤️. It might not be perfect, but it's a fun ride that'll keep your little ones entertained 🎥.
