Toffee Crisp and Blue Riband no longer called 'chocolate' after recipe change

I'm really disappointed in Nestle right now 🤔. I mean, who wants to eat a bar with less than 20% cocoa and milk solids? It's like they're just slapping a new label on something that's not even close to the original recipe 🙄. And yeah, I get it, costs are rising and all that, but come on, can't they find a way to make their products more sustainable without screwing over their customers? 🤑

I've been eating Toffee Crisp since I was a kid, and if I don't know what's in my food anymore, what's the point? It's like trust is broken or something 💔. And it's not just Nestle, it's all these big brands that are doing this to save a buck. Like, don't they care about their loyal customers at all? 🤷‍♀️

I'm all for innovation and trying new things, but if you're gonna change the recipe, own up to it and be honest with us! Don't just slap on a new label and expect everyone to go along with it 😒. It's just not fair to consumers who are already struggling with rising prices 🤯.

omg, I'm so confused about this whole thing 🤯... like Nestle's all about saving cash by reducing cocoa and milk solids, but at what cost? 🤑 It's not just about the money though, it's about the taste and authenticity of these classic bars. I mean, who wants to eat a chocolate bar that's basically just coated in milk chocolate flavoring? 😐 And honestly, 20% cocoa solids is kinda low... like, can't they just up their game a bit? 💪 But on the other hand, I get it - the industry's struggling and prices are rising. Maybe this is just one of those necessary evils 🤷‍♀️? One thing's for sure though, as consumers we need to be more vigilant about checking food labels and calling out brands when they're not being transparent. Can we trust our fave brands anymore? 🤔 Only time will tell! 👀

🤔 think they're just trying to cut costs without telling us 💸. 20% cocoa solids is kinda low for what we expect from chocolate bars. it's like buying a car that doesn't even have the right wheels... shouldn't be called chocolate if that's the case 😐

idk about this one... I mean, come on Nestle, if you're gonna call it chocolate, make sure it's actually got some decent cocoa in there 🤔. 20% each is basically just sugar and milk - it's a stretch to say that's still chocolate. And let's be real, who doesn't remember the original Toffee Crisp with that thick layer of milk chocolate on top? Now it's like they're trying to pass off some bland, mass-produced stuff as the real deal 🤮. I mean, yeah, rising costs and all that, but can't they just pay a little more for quality cocoa instead of skimping out on it? It's not like we're made of money... or at least, most of us aren't 😂.
