I feel bad for Colin Farrell when I hear about his chaotic experience filming Minority Report 
. I mean, I get that he was trying to really get into character, but 50 takes?! 
That's just crazy talk! My kid would never survive that many takes without losing their cool (or in my case, their patience) .
It makes me wonder if all this method acting stuff is just a big show. I mean, I've seen some actors do really dramatic performances, but when it comes down to it, they still have to deliver the lines right
. And what's with the phone call from the driver? That's just ridiculous!
But at the same time, I can appreciate Farrell's dedication to his craft. We want our kids to follow their dreams and be passionate about something, even if it means taking some risks
. The key is finding that balance between being dedicated and not losing yourself in the process.
I'm glad to hear that Farrell has checked himself into rehab twice and is focusing on his well-being now
