I mean, think about it... Tulsa is one of the wealthiest cities in America, but they got homeless people too? It's not like they're just forgotten or anything. And now this Ryan DuVa dude comes outta nowhere with his vintage fire truck, distributing blankets and food? Sounds nice on the surface, but what's really going on here? Is he getting some kind of government funding under the radar? Or maybe he's part of some secret organization helping out those in need?
