The Lake Shore conference saw Christian Heritage triumph over Roycemore 60-39, while Horizon-McKinley exploded for a convincing 102-4 win over Waldorf. Lycee made it two against Beacon, winning 69-41, and Morgan Park Academy edged British School 58-43.
In the Metro Prep league, Universal defeated Lombard CPSA 60-57, with Muchin guiding Mansueto to a 65-49 win over Noble Street at Speer. The North Suburban conference was dominated by Libertyville's 64-59 triumph over Lake Forest.
On the non-conference side, Downers Grove North edged South Elgin 48-38, while Ellison outlasted Orr 58-46. Evergreen Park pulled off a 56-16 upset over U-High, and Genoa-Kingston secured an overtime win 53-48 against Marengo.
The Stagg Panthers defeated Shepard 52-45, while St. Bede downed Serena 56-44. North Chicago's 70-52 victory over North Shore was the most dominant performance of the night, as did Warren's 88-76 thrashing of Rockford Auburn.
