And if we're worried about surveillance risks around high-speed internet cables, I can see how that would be a concern. It feels like just because their methods are changing doesn't mean the threat is going away.
I think it's also worth noting that even though they don't expect the mega embassy to boost spying capabilities, the fact remains that there is still a risk of surveillance and interference in the UK. So yeah, I'd say let's be more alert to where those real dangers are coming from...
