X shuts down the European Commission’s ad account the day after major fine

Ugh 🤯 I'm so done with these big corps playing dirty. X think they're above the law just 'cause they're raking it in from all those ads? Newsflash: you can't just exploit a system and then blame others for using it to get ahead. 💸 That's not how it works, Elon. And yeah, I'm loving how the commission is calling out X's lack of transparency... finally, someone's speaking up! 👏
 
I DON'T GET WHY X IS BEING SO RIGID ABOUT THIS WHOLE AD COMPOSER THING!!! 🤔 I MEAN, YES, THEY DID JUST GET SLAPPED WITH A BIG FINE BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THEY'RE BEING REALLY FAIR TO THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION. I GUESS X'S HEAD OF PRODUCT IS TRYING TO SELL THIS STORY AS IF THEY'VE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE, WHICH IMHO IS A TOTAL EXCUSE 🙄. AND NOW ELON MUSK IS JUST COMING OUT WITH ALL KINDS OF NONSENSE, CALLING THE COMMISSION'S ACCUSATIONS "BULLSHIT"!!! THAT'S NOT HOW YOU HANDLE A DISPUTE LIKE THIS, GUYS!
 
Ugh, Elon Musk is totally wrong about what happened here 🙄. He says the European Commission was using an exploit in X's Ad Composer platform to manipulate user engagement, but come on, that sounds like a pretty convenient excuse to me. I mean, if it were really true, wouldn't we have seen some kind of proof or investigation before? Plus, the commission is saying that X's system for verified accounts is super opaque and they're not getting any data from them... that just doesn't add up. And let's be real, $140 million isn't exactly a slap on the wrist 🤑. X needs to get their story straight if they want to defend themselves against these allegations.
 
🙄 so it's not surprising that Elon decided to take out his frustration on social media instead of addressing the issue directly 🤦‍♂️ like a normal person. i mean, who needs transparency and data when you've got a team of lawyers and PR specialists to spin the narrative? 😒 meanwhile, the European Commission is just trying to do their job and regulate these giant tech companies, but nobody ever listens 🙄
 
OMG, this is wild! I'm still trying to wrap my head around how one side can be so salty about getting fined $140 million. Like, what even is the Ad Composer platform? Never heard of it before 😂. And Elon's response? LOL, "bullshit" isn't exactly gonna help their case there 🙄. The European Commission is right to call out X on this though - transparency and data should be key when it comes to user engagement. And I'm still curious about what kind of exploit they were talking about... did they even do a proper audit? 🤔
 
omg, can't believe x is taking such drastic action over this 🤯 and now it's escalating into a full-blown thing... in my opinion, i think x should've just owned up to the issue instead of cutting ties with the commission 💔. they're basically admitting that their system has flaws and now they're getting roasted for it 🙄. as for the european commission's claims about transparency and data, idk, maybe x can explain what's really going on behind closed doors? 🤐
