just saw this news about the brown university shooting 
and i gotta say, its so sad that two people lost their lives... i feel like schools should have better security measures in place 
and we need to talk more about gun laws... its not just about stopping these shooters, but also preventing them from getting guns in the first place

, but I gotta say, I think we're getting a bit too carried away with gun control laws here in the States. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's super tragic and all that, but have we considered the possibility that these shootings are just random acts of violence? Like, maybe our society is more messed up than we thought, you know? 
. We need to have a bigger conversation about why these things happen and how we can prevent them in the future.
