I gotta say, I'm really loving the tech on this Lucid Air Touring ! The DreamDrive Pro system is super impressive - it's crazy how much autonomy it gives you on the road. But for me, the real winner here is that massive touchscreen display . It's like having your own personal entertainment hub in the car. On the downside, I wish they'd worked out some of those highway mileage issues - I'm sure it'll improve with future updates .
Anyway, if you're in the market for a luxury EV and are willing to shell out the cash, I reckon this Lucid Air Touring is definitely worth checking out . The Porsche Taycan comparison is also spot on - both cars have that same sleek, high-end vibe. One thing that did have me thinkin' was how they could work on those regenerative braking settings... one pedal driving all day would be a dream come true !
omg, 480 horsepower isn't even that much i mean, it's like, still better than most gas cars from like 10 years ago tho. but seriously though, who needs all those fancy features? i'm just happy to have a car that doesn't make me feel like i'm stuck in a video game and btw, 22 cubic feet of trunk space is kinda small for what you'd expect from a luxury vehicle
I'm not sure if 480 horsepower is really necessary for some people... I mean, have you seen the roads we drive on? We're always stuck behind slowpokes or construction, it's like they're trying to slow us down! But hey, if that's what makes the Lucid Air Touring special, who am I to argue? Maybe the extra power is just a nice-to-have for those who really need it. And honestly, 22 cubic feet of trunk space sounds pretty decent, I've had my fair share of road trips and I love having room to haul all my gear
I mean, have you guys checked out the Lucid Air Touring? I was thinking of getting one after reading this review... it seems like such a beast on the road! I love how they've implemented that DreamDrive Pro system - it's so cool to think about having hands-free "level 2+โ assist while still being able to drive. But, for real tho, the highway mileage could be better. Like, who doesn't want to save some gas on their daily commute? And I'm also a bit skeptical about that brake-by-wire system... don't wanna be stuck in traffic with no pedal to spare . Still, I think it's worth considering for the tech and performance alone. The Porsche Taycan is cute too, but this Lucid Air Touring seems like a more exciting choice
OMG u guys I just read this review about the new Lucid Air Touring and idk what's up but the highway mileage is kinda low like 220 miles per charge?!? that's not great considering how much it costs i mean i know it's an electric car and range anxiety is a thing but still. and can we talk about how annoying regenerative braking settings are on these cars?! it's always like "please turn this down" but seriously, why can't they just make one pedal driving easier from the start?!
