can you believe its gonna be so crazy huge at milan cortina?! like 2 mil fans just thinking about it is making me hyped but seriously tho think about all those talented athletes from around the world coming together, it's such a cool vibe! & did u know that ski mountaineering aka skimo is making its Olympic debut? so stoked for that new event & yeah italian cities are always so pretty in winter, can't wait to see milan and cortina looking like fairy tale towns during the games
The Olympics are getting more epic ! I mean, can you believe there'll be like, over 2,900 athletes from 92 countries competing in one massive event? It's crazy to think about all the different sports and events that'll be happening – ski mountaineering? That's a new one for me . And with U.S. diplomatic officials warning Americans to book their tickets ASAP because of the high demand, I'm sure it's gonna be a wild ride for fans worldwide . I love how Italy is hosting this year, and having two cities as host will definitely make the event more exciting. It's gonna be awesome to see all these talented athletes in action!
idk why they need so much space tho like cant they just use a smaller area? and 116 events? thats crazy i guess its cool that skimo is makin its debut though, never heard of it before but $1,400 for a figure skating gala?? get outta here that price range is straight robbery
Ugh, I remember watching Winter Olympics on TV with my family back in '92... I was so young, but it seemed like a lifetime ago . Now, with all these new sports and athletes, I'm not sure if they're still doing figure skating or speed skating... did they change the rules or something?
And don't even get me started on how expensive everything is now! $1,400 for a ticket to a figure skating exhibition gala? That's like buying a new laptop back in '95! My cousin's friend told me that she got tickets for like, $200 each and had to sell all her old CDs just to afford them... what's the world coming to?!
But seriously, I'm kinda excited to see all these athletes competing. I used to watch Bonnie Blair's speed skating records being broken on TV with my grandfather back in '96... it was so inspiring! Maybe this new "skimo" thing will be cool too?
I don't usually comment but... I'm actually super stoked for this Winter Olympics thingy! I mean, who wouldn't want to see all these awesome athletes from around the world competing in different sports? The fact that ski mountaineering is making its Olympic debut and there are so many new events is pretty cool. And can you believe the U.S. team is going to have 232 athletes competing? That's insane! I don't know how they're all going to fit into the venues, though - it sounds like they've taken up a lot of space in northern Italy. Anyway, I'm just hyped for the whole thing and can't wait to see all the action unfold!
