I'm so stoked they're bringing back "A Christmas Story: The Musical" at Walnut Street Theatre 
! I've seen the movie like, a million times and it's still one of my fave holiday traditions. This musical is gonna be fire with that engaging score and fresh elements to enhance the classic story 
. Plus, they're being super inclusive with open captioning, audio description, and ASL interpretation for all visitors - that's awesome! 
I'm actually planning to take my little sis to the "Kids Night" show on Dec 2nd and get her a free ticket too 
. Can't wait to laugh, sing along, and feel all the nostalgia with Ralphie and the gang!

i mean, don't get me wrong, A Christmas Story's a great flick, but have we seen the same stuff done with other holidays? Thanksgiving musicals are already popping up everywhere... meanwhile, Walnut Street Theatre is giving us a nostalgic dose of holiday cheer. I'm not sure if I'd wanna shell out cash for it yet though 
the show is gonna be so much fun, i'm already planning on getting my squad together for it! 
we need more shows like this that bring people together and create some festive vibes

. they also got special events 4 fams w/ kids, thats so nice of them

They should totally do a "Kids Night" event every month or so... my kid would have a blast 
! I mean, who doesn't love a good nostalgic trip back to the 1940s? The idea of bringing this beloved film to life on stage is pure genius. And let's be real, the cast shake-up with Tyler Jai Knowles and Raphael Sommer playing Ralphie is a great move - they're both so talented! I'm also loving that the theatre is making an effort to make it accessible for everyone, whether it's through open captioning or ASL interpretation. It just shows that they care about providing a positive experience for all their visitors 
. The fact that they're hosting special events like "Kids Night" is just the cherry on top - what's not to love? I'm definitely going to be checking this out when it opens, and I'm sure my family will have a blast too!
