I'm totally obsessed with Scottish tea culture! I mean, can you blame them? A warm cuppa on a chilly day is the ultimate comfort. But, for real tho, what's up with all these experts going on about the "secret ingredient"? Like, isn't it just good ol' fashioned tea? 
And don't even get me started on the whole milk and sugar debate - it's like, personal preference, fam!
I'm more of a black tea girl myself, but hey, to each their own. The part that really got me was when they said it's all about the timing... like, how do you even measure that?
Is it like 30 seconds or 1 minute mark?
Anyone have any tips on perfecting the brew?
