. I mean, 76-40-1 is no joke, but those playoff losses are still a thing that haunts me. I think they need to extend him, but only if it's on reasonable terms 
. The team's injuries have been sketchy this season, so can we blame Matt for all that?

I mean, 3-5 isn't terrible but it's not great either. And can you imagine having to start the season without all those injured players 
. But if they don't come to an agreement it's gonna be super awkward for everyone involved 
he's a great coach and deserves better than to just get canned like that. I hope they can work something out

. I'd love to see them try out some new systems or play-calls to see if they can get more out of their team. It's all about finding that balance between rewarding LaFleur for his wins and keeping him accountable for the losses
