omg i cant wait for hatchies tour next year ! i've been listening to her songs nonstop since "lose it again" came out and now she's dropping new music "carousel" sounds sooo good, gotta check it out ASAP i love how she works with other producers like stella mozgawa and alex farrar on mixing duties, they're def doing a great job with her sound anyway, hatchie's concerts are always so much fun, can't wait to sing along to all her songs live

I think what's really interesting about Hatchie's new single "Carousel" is how it makes me reflect on the way we get caught up in our own emotions... like, when do we even realize we're fixated on something or someone? And what does that say about us as people? Is it a sign of deep love, or just an unhealthy attachment? The song's use of shoegaze-inspired guitars makes me think of the way those swirling sounds can be both overwhelming and soothing at the same time... like our emotions can be a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows. Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to checking out Hatchie's live shows - there's something about seeing artists connect with their music that just feels really special
